This copyright agreement ("Agreement") governs the terms of access to and use of content ("Content") provided through the FastSave application ("Application"). This Agreement is made between FastSave LLC ("Company") and users of the Application ("Users").
1. Ownership and Licensing of Content
All content within the FastSave application is distributed under the Creative Commons (CC) license, exclusively offering content under the CC0 1.0 license (
https://creativecommons.org/publicdomain/zero/1.0/), which is free from copyright.
2. Copyright Infringement Policy
- FastSave LLC maintains a zero-tolerance policy against copyright infringement. The Company does not offer music downloads protected by copyright in the FastSave application.
- Upon receipt of a properly filed complaint satisfying the requirements of the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998 ("DMCA"), the Company will remove or block access to the allegedly infringing material. DMCA Policy
3. Terms of Use
- Users may utilize the Content in the FastSave application for both personal and commercial purposes.
- Users are permitted to download, share, and reproduce the Content within the FastSave application.
Commercial use or modification of this Content is allowed.
4. Acceptance
This Agreement is deemed accepted by all Users of the FastSave application.
5. Changes
The Company reserves the right to unilaterally modify this Agreement. Changes will be announced through the FastSave application and will take effect immediately.
